The Lifting pin eye anchor (or called Cross hole lifting anchor in different area) is developed for installation on the ends of wall stabs. The anchor is held fast by rebar which is inserted through the cross hole. It is hot forged from 20Mn2 steel. The former head provides spherical seating that the Lifting Eye engages, while a cross hole foot is embedded in the concrete. Due to its being a forged part, anchor product does not depend on welds or thread engagement to develop its safe working load. Forging provides maximum safety with its advantageous material structure and ensure that it can pass the tensile test with a safety factor of more than 3 times before it can be used in the production of precast concrete.
Lifting head anchors are designed and manufactured in accordance with EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and VDI/BV-BS 6205. The lifting head anchors meet the requirements for safe lifting and handling of concrete elements.
